3rd Annual Festa Italiana

The event will include an authentic italian village atmosphere in which to enjoy the sights, sounds and aromas of an Italian neighborhood, as well as a performance by The Sicilian Tenors!

The proceeds will go towards providing housing for low income famlies and continue it's work with the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative. 

Homemade italian foods and desserts, a wine and beer garden, a wood fired pizza oven, and a gelato truck!

You could even WIN a free one week vacation in italy for two!!

Yard Sale

Araby United Methodist Church will hold it's annual yard sale Saturday, June 6th from 8 am to 1 pm. Held rain or shine! Sandwiches, homemade soups, pies and sodas will be available. Araby United Methodist Church is located on Araby Church Road just 3 miles south of Frederick on Route 355 (Past the FSK Mall).

Church and Community Yard Sale

St. Paul Lutheran Church will be having a community yard sale on Saturday, June 6th starting at 8 am and going on until 12 pm noon. 

Come enjoy the food, bakesale, plants, treasures and more!

Rock the Block

Brunswick 1st Church of God is hosting Rock the Block, June 6th from 4-8pm in the 500 Block of Brunswick St. There will be music, square dancing, children's activities including Tilly the Clown, and of course food. 40th Annual Gettysburg Region Antique & Classic Auto & Truck Show and Flea Market

The 40th Annual Gettysburg Region Anitque & Classic Auto & Truck Show will consist of  15 classes, 12 to be judged. Featured cars this year are rear engine & mid engine vehicles through 2015. Registration is $10 until 6/6/15, $15 thereafter. Second vehicle brought by the same family is free. Flea market and car corral spaces are $15 until 6/6/15 and $20 therafter. Good food available!

Eastern Museum of Motor Racing is on the fairgrounds with free admission. Fund day for the whole family!

Cost: Free admission. Parking is $2.00

19th Annual Shepherd's Spring Golf Tournament

19th Annual Shepherd's Spring Golf Tournament and Fundraiser will be held this year at Black Rock Golf Course, Hagerstown, on June 15, with an 8:30 start.  Prizes will be awarded.  Participants and sponsors are welcomed! As in previous years, ALL proceeds from the tournament will go towards Shepherd's Spring camp scholarships, allowing more children the life-changing experience of summer camp at Shepherd's Spring Outdoor Ministry. Join Key 103 for an evening of  FUN!! at Carroll Creek Amphitheater for Alive @ Five. Ashley Forrest, a Country Band will be peforming. It's only $5 to get in and you do have to be 21 and over. A perfect ending to a long day at work.

Ovarian Cancer Walk

This year the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) Frederick Chapter will be hosting their 2nd annual 5K Walk to Break The Silence on Ovarian Cancer in Baker Park, 121 Bentz Street Frederick, MD. on June 20, 2015 at 9am. 

It is inspiring and energizing day for our survivors and a day to remember and pay tribute to those we have lost to the disease. 

We walk to raise funds but mainly we walk to raise awareness of this deadly disease. Breast cancer advocates have done a wonderful job of awareness and we are hoping to make the Teal ribbon and what it stands for better known to all women. First Annual Walkersville's 3 on 3 Business Ball- Out

The First Annual WAlkersville 3 on 3 Business Ball Out is happening on June 20th starting at 10 am!

This is a coed event for people 18 and older.  There will be a $200 fee per team with a limit of 5 players per team.  A portion of the proceeds will create college scholarships for local students.

There wil lbe concessions, autographed sports memorabilia to be acutioned off and a lot of fun to be had.
