2018 Tech Games

Join the Key 103 Street Team and techfrederick for their Tech Games at Baker park!!! you will be able to watch some businesses in the Frederick area compete against each other in order to be named winner of the techfrederick games. The purpose and spirit of the techfrederick Games is to build a stronger sense of community and comradery through fun, friendly competition where one team will, alas, conquer! All while raising awareness of techfrederick and the participating companies.  A catered lunch is served at 11:00am and the Opening Cermony will begin promptly at 12:00pm. Events will be fun team-building challenges that don’t require any athletic ability what-so-ever! Have you ever considered playing Cornhole with a catapult?! Do you secretly wish you could spend your days playing Xtreme Laser Tag?! Or, maybe your dreams land you on a SuperSized Scrabble Board, whipping your competition with Speedy word crafting?! If so, this year’s Games are for you. Every professional adult and inner-child will be amazed!
We’ll be closing out the day with an after party at The Blue Side Tavern with live music and the presentation of the coveted techfrederick Games Trophy, which has been in residence with our 2017 reigning champion, Regent! Additional prizes will also be awarded.
