Celebrating 24 years The Frederick Festival of the Arts are inviting art-lovers from the surrounding areas of: Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Pennsylvania, and Northern Virginia to enjoy the finest national artists in an exceptional arts venue bringing quality fine art. Brian will be broadcasting live from 3-5pm with the Plinko out and prizes to be won!!!!
