The average person gets WAY less than eight hours of sleep... even less than seven hours.

According to a new study, the average person now goes to bed at 11:15pm and wakes up at 5:50am. That's only 6 hours 35 minutes of sleep per night.

The study also found 40% of people get LESS than six hours of sleep per night. Only 25% sleep for more than seven hours.
