If You Hate The Sound Of Your Voice, There's a Reason

If you hate the sound of your own voice it's because when we talk, the sound vibrates through the bones in your skull to get to our inner ear.  Traveling though bone causes a sound's frequency to be lower...and that's what we usually hear when we talk.  But, when we hear our recorded voice at it's usual pitch, it's unfamiliar and we don't like it.
