Join Transit Services of Frederick County, the City of Frederick, Frederick County Government, and Key 103 for a fun, high-energy morning in Downtown Frederick.

The ceremonial ride departs from Hood College at 6:45 AM and arrives at the Transit Center around 7:15 AM.
