Galentine’s Night Out at McClintock Distilling
If you’re looking for a polished, low-pressure way to celebrate Valentine’s season, this is it. The Women’s Giving Circle of Frederick County invites you to an evening designed around fun, friendship, and connection — with specialty cocktails and mocktails, a food truck, giveaways, and an optional raffle that adds just the right amount of sparkle.
Everyone is welcome, and you do not need to be a WGC member to attend. Bring your besties, come solo, or make it a casual date night — and dress to dazzle or keep it comfortable.

This is a simple, elevated night out — the kind that feels special without being complicated. Come for the drinks and snacks, stay for the atmosphere, and leave knowing you supported a great cause.

Diamond-In-A-Glass Drawing (Optional)
Attendees may optionally participate in the Diamond-In-A-Glass drawing, in partnership with Nelson-Coleman Jewelers. Tickets may be purchased in advance or on-site until sold out.
How it Works
There are 50 tickets representing 50 champagne glasses. 48 glasses contain a cubic zirconia stone, and 2 glasses contain a hand-selected lab-grown diamond (estimated value $1,200–$1,600). You may purchase more than one chance.

Your stone is secured with your contact info by a Nelson-Coleman rep. - Professional testing
After all glasses are purchased, each stone is tested. - No need to be present
Winners are announced and contacted; pickup is available after.
Each participant receives
• A sparkling cocktail to enjoy at the event
• A $100 discount certificate valid on purchases of $200+ at any Nelson Coleman Jewelers location
• The stone from your glass (cubic zirconia or diamond)
Where the proceeds go
Proceeds are split between the Women’s Giving Circle and WISH — both organizations support women in our community.
About the Women’s Giving Circle of Frederick County
The Women’s Giving Circle of Frederick County is a component fund of the Community Foundation of Frederick County. The Circle awards grants to local nonprofits that equip women in challenging circumstances to improve the quality of their lives through education, job training, housing, transportation, and health care.
To date, the Women’s Giving Circle has granted over $3.2 million to organizations supporting women in our community. Membership is open to all.
