The Unity Campaign is a community fundraiser supporting our neighbors across Frederick County. 100% of individual donations go directly to the nonprofit you choose and every gift is matched by the Incentive Match Fund.

How It Works

The Unity Campaign brings nonprofit partners, sponsors, and the Frederick community together to support neighbors who are struggling to afford basic needs.

With nearly 1 in 3 Frederick County households facing financial hardship, the Unity Campaign helps provide essential support including housing, transportation, food, child care, and healthcare.

The 2025 campaign raised nearly $700,000 in support of 37 organizations.

Chosen Cause: Second Chances Garage

I picked Second Chances Garage because I really believe everyone should have access to reliable transportation. It’s such a basic need for getting to work, making appointments, and handling everyday life.

I love that they help people by offering quality vehicle repairs and dependable cars at a lower cost for those who need it most. It gives people the independence they need and removes a big barrier for hardworking people in our community.

Chosen Cause: YMCA of Frederick County

I chose the YMCA Of Frederick County because the Y is a place where everyone belongs and is heavily involved in the community.

The YMCA creates a community where hope, health, and opportunity are within reach for all.
