Why This Event Matters
Second Chances Garage is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing reliable transportation solutions through donated vehicles and affordable repairs. Helping individuals and families access work, education, healthcare, and greater independence, the organization also strengthens the local workforce through hands-on automotive training and apprenticeship pathways.
John Frawley was a longtime champion of Second Chances Garage and a dedicated board leader. After his passing on 2/27/24, following a courageous battle with cancer, this annual tournament was created to honor his life and legacy by investing in programs that expand transportation options and open doors for neighbors across Frederick County.
